The old town: narrow, deep houses with painted fronts

Who can fit new windows in Villajoyosa’s old town, where the façades are protected?

My aluminium windows are corroding from the salt air. What should I replace them with?
uPVC with salt-resistant hardware, or AluNext AD if you want an aluminium outside face. The frame is not the weak point by the sea; untreated hardware is.
Can the windows be painted to match my coloured house?
The aluminium face of AluNext AD is lacquered in the colour you need. It holds colour in strong sun much better than a foil finish.
How often should seafront hardware be serviced?
Clean and grease it at least once a year. On the first line, rinsing salt off the frames and tracks now and then also helps.
