You hold the keys; the owner makes the decisions. We measure and fit with your access, and the owner receives a written quote in English that Eduardo explains to them directly.

What we do, and what we need from you
Tu Ventana Costa Blanca, the Benidorm office of Tu Ventana Madrid, replaces windows in homes looked after by agents, property managers and key holders. We cover 14 towns from Alicante to Denia. You provide access for the survey and the fitting. Eduardo deals with the owner in English and replies within 24 hours.
Who we work with
Property managers and key holders
You open the door on two occasions: the survey and the fitting. We agree the dates with you in advance, and nobody turns up without warning.
Community administrators
For a whole building, the proposal can be prepared so owners abroad can read and vote on it, in English if needed. We respect the colour and design the community has agreed.
How we work with you
The owner stays in charge of every decision. Your role is access and local coordination.

Introduce the owner, or send us the details
Use the form below with the property, the town and the owner’s contact details, with their consent. Eduardo contacts the owner in English on WhatsApp.

Survey with your keys
We agree a date with you and measure every opening in person. If the building has rules on works or lift use, tell us before the visit.

The owner receives the quote
The written quote goes to the owner, in English, with the profile, glass, hardware and VAT for each window. Eduardo goes through it with them.

Fitting dates agreed with you
Once the owner accepts, we agree the fitting dates with you and with the owner. Rental bookings and community rules are taken into account.

Hand-over
The finished job is handed over to the owner, or to the person the owner has authorised in writing. That can be you.

What helps us most
- A direct phone number for whoever holds the keys, and the days they are available.
- The community’s rules on works: permitted dates, noise hours and lift bookings.
- Any rental bookings or viewings we need to work around.
- For towers and seafront blocks, the name of the community administrator, so the lift and access can be booked.

I am an estate agent. Which window company can upgrade a client’s property before a sale?
Tu Ventana Costa Blanca works with estate agents from Alicante to Denia. We survey with your access, and the owner gets a written quote in English. Tell us about any sale deadline at the start, so the fitting date can be planned around it.
Does the owner need to be present?
No. You or another key holder can open the property for the survey and the fitting. The owner deals with Eduardo in English from wherever they are.
Who receives the quote?
The owner. The quote is written in English and lists the profile, glass, hardware and VAT for each window. If the owner wants you copied in, just say so.
Can you work around holiday rental bookings?
Yes. Tell us the bookings when we agree the dates. The survey and the fitting dates are agreed in writing with you and the owner, around the bookings.
