What data we collect and why

Only what you write in the form: your name, phone number, email address, the town where the home is, and your message.

We use it for three things and nothing else. We call you back, prepare the quote you asked for, and arrange the day of the site survey. We ask for the town because it decides whether and when we can visit, not to target advertising.

There is no profiling and no automated decision-making. We do not buy or sell contacts, and we do not work with portals that pass the same request to several companies.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. And steps taken at your request before a contract, which here means preparing the quote.

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for the applicable legal limitation periods. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers who host this website and manage our customer records (the CRM). They act as data processors and may only use the data on our instructions.

There are no international transfers outside the European Economic Area. If you live outside Spain and write to us from there, your data is processed here, under these same rules.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to info@tuventanacostablanca.es and say which right you want to exercise.

You can also withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdraw it.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Its website is aepd.es.

Security

The whole website is served over an encrypted connection, and we apply technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.

The most effective measure is also the simplest. We do not ask for or store bank details, identity documents or anything else we do not need to call you and prepare a quote.
