What does the town hall charge in Denia for a new sliding door?
Denia publishes its fees for minor works: a town hall fee of 0.9 % and a works tax (ICIO) of 3.7 %. Both are calculated on the budgeted construction cost of the works (PEM, presupuesto de ejecución material), without VAT. Works in rural land, public land or listed buildings need a full licence instead of the simple works notice.
Can I have a flush threshold onto my garden in Denia?
Often, if the outside drains well. A flush threshold sits level with the floor, for step-free access, and it means some work on the floor.
