What it is. The same lift and slide door, all in uPVC: white or with a colour foil. Open, it leaves the widest view of the line; closed, the glass panel drops onto its rubber seals and the room goes quiet.

How we work in Moraira
We start with a survey in person: every opening measured, the view and the orientation noted, access for heavy glass checked. Near the water the care is simple: a rinse, a clear bottom track and a little grease on the hardware once or twice a year.
If the new door changes the composition of the façade, Teulada-Moraira asks for a project and a technical director. We work with your architect from the start. Each door is made to measure with Kömmerling profiles and installed by our own team. If you are abroad, a key holder lets us in and you follow the job through photos. What the rules say.

Questions about lift and slide doors in Moraira
Do I need an architect in Moraira to fit a larger sliding door?
It depends on the façade. Teulada-Moraira’s simple procedure for minor works excludes works that change the design or composition of a façade. Those go through a different procedure, with a project and a technical director. Replacing a door in the same opening is a different case from changing the look of the façade. We describe the rules and work with your architect; the town hall decides.
Will a lift and slide door corrode so close to the sea?
The uPVC profile does not corrode. The metal hardware is what needs care: a rinse and a little grease once or twice a year. No public data sheet gives a corrosion class for the hardware, so we do not quote one. Note that “C5” on a door data sheet is a wind class, not a salt rating.
Can it be done while I’m in the UK?
Yes. A key holder lets us in for the survey and the fitting: family, a neighbour, your property manager or your agent. Eduardo goes through the written quote with you in English, on WhatsApp or on a video call. During the fitting you receive photos of each opening at every stage, until the threshold is sealed.
