Does my Sierra Cortina house need a better-insulated door?
It may. Sierra Cortina is not listed by name in the national gazetteer, so its altitude is not confirmed. Above 250 m a house is in climate zone C3, where a replaced window must reach 2.1 W/m²K and air tightness class 3. We check your plot at the survey. Is a lift and slide door worth it for a hillside villa in Finestrat?

Do I need a permit in Finestrat?
